[Heathkit] Bickering

Oh good gosh....

I joined the Heathkit, Boatanchor, Military lists to maybe get some
info on gear I had or give help to others with info/stuff I had. Technical
and material problems.

Not engineering arguements, political implications, name calling etc.

I used to belong to an electronic servicers list, but it got clogged up
with the same kind of crap. I even had my server fill up and reject
other more important postings. I quit it for that reason, too much
bickering.

Lighten up, stay with the topic and reduce the editorializing of others
input. I'ts JUST a hobby guys, (OK some have a business associated
with it but still not a very business like routine.) and try to stay with
the topic at hand.

Humor is often NOT understood in written form if it is a quote from a
verbal comment when body language and inflection are involved.
Sorry problem with email and text messages, often misunderstood!

I could care less about the pros and cons of neutralization/or whatever
on rigs. The engineers did a pretty good job on that years ago.
True things can change, tube manufacturers didn't always agree on
specs and caused a lot of headaches, but that was only in a few
cases. (8072's in GE MastR Pro UHF comes to mind)

Anyhow, that just my input.
