[Heathkit] Opinion needed

My response "if is isn't broke, don't fix it".  I've seen many repairs and 
"updates" that introduced new problems.  Remember, a new part does not 
guarantee a good part.  I've seen resistors banded the wrong color, diodes 
with the cathode marked on the wrong end and etc.

Check the R values change those that need changing due to obvious 
overheating or those that measure out of tolerance.  The in circuit R values 
check must always show the value of the R or less, never more.
