Some people don't like a lot more information. It confuses the brain or

something under the hairline.

Personally, if someone a year or two has a query on stainless, they can

just search the archives for all the information. But, some like beating

the horse over and over.

I don't think there's an argument either, and it's good info to document

for the archives, that even within the stainless steel family, there are

variations to the type.

information and differences of opinion are welcome and helpful.
