[Heathkit] Faceplate inck

Car wax cleans the less stubborn stains.  For inks I use the step one
cleaner from the Meguiars Deep Crystal three part car cleaning system.
Auto parts stores carry it.
It doesn't cut like alchohol but it has not damaged any paints or
lettering, so far.
