Larry,

I believe that you will find the cost/benefit ratio of a 'single' 
restoration by having a silkscreen made is excessive.

The Dry Transfer decals are available from either specialty Art supply 
stores - OR - from AES.

Alternatively, you could try going straight to Russell Industries Inc., 
and get the Part No. HAM-1W (White letters).

IIRC, having owned an SB-102 as my first rig, these particular transfers 
are the correct size.  HOWEVER, they do NOT have the 'lines' that would 
radiate from a knob/shaft.

I'd take a look at this option FIRST.  You can cover them with a satin 
acrylic spray at the end to protect them.
