[Heathkit] Paint gun for boat anchors

[jeremy-ca]

Altho conventional guns have been around for a century it took experience 
and skill to lay down a pro quality job.
The learning curve for HVLP is very quick, you really have to TRY to leave 
runs and orange peel.

There is a big difference between museum quality and a typical basement ham 
type job so use the tools that fit the job.
