[Heathkit] WTB HW-16 Dial faceplate

Someone may make reproduction dials, but maybe you could make one. This 
was described recently in QST, for a Drake dial. You might try 
photocopying or scanning the original dial, then making a photocopy onto 
a transparency slide. I think slide material is also available that can 
be direct-printed. Cut out the transparency and glue it to a clar 
plastic disc from a CD pack.

Worth a try if you can't find an original.
