[Heathkit] Function switch for SB101

Has anyone ever broken the function switch to selecte tone, lsb/usb, and CW on the SB 101? Is there a commercial replacement available?

I am looking to replace this open frame switch with a 12 pole, C4 series Electroswitch. It is a 12 pole, 4 position switch with only 10 poles being actaully utilized. This switch is approx. $25 from Mouser.  Has anyone used this as a replacement?

The original switch (thin phenolic) broke while replacing the front panel. Wafer 2 is the only broken section.
