[Heathkit] SB-640 remote LMO connector

The SB-101 transceiver originally did not come with the 9-pin connector 
for the SB-640 remote LMO, even though the 640 was sold at the same time 
as the 101.  The connector is not even pictured in the SB-101 schematic, 
whereas for the SB-102 it is.  This leads me to believe that before the 
102 came out, the SB-640 probably came packaged with the extra connector 
to retrofit the 101.

At any rate, I am restoring (rebuilding, actually) an SB-101 that does 
not have the remote LMO connector.  Do any of you Heathkit fans know 
where one might obtain this thing?
