[Heathkit] SB-200/SB-201 Tuning capacitor

Guess I should have mentioned that I have looked at all the usual
places - Surplus Sales of Nebraska, Fair Radio Sales, Antique Electronics,
Ocean State, eBay for a while and current electronic suppliers.

I have not been able to find one from any of these sources.  If I have
missed something please send me the link to that part (not just go to
Surplus Sales, etc).

Any help appreciated.
