[Heathkit] HW-2036A manual

Hi everybody, I have a Heathkit HW-2036A that I am bringing back to life and I am in need of a manual. I also need info about the PL circuitry and synthesizer. Question 1, Are the PL tones stable once they have been set or do they need periodic resetting? Question 2, All transmitting frequencies seem to about 100 Khz low. Is there an adjustment on the synthesizer board to bring them back where they should be? Last question, does anyone have any SS32 Comm-Spec PL tone encoders that they want to part with?
