Id suggest 2W Metal Oxide (MOX) as a good substitute. Their inductance is of
minimal concern at HF and they can take lots of surge abuse. Film resistors
are easily destroyed.
Mouser carries these.

Subject: [Heathkit] Question on SB200 Amp

Is it OK to use 33 ohm Metal Film resistors for the 33 ohm Carbon Comp
resistors in the grid lines on the SB200? I wasn't sure if the metal films
were a no-no in grid lines? In general, is there anyplace in an amp where
metal film's should not be used/substituted?

Thanks in advance,

Dennis
