[Heathkit] sb200 soft key

I have ordered 2 soft key  SK 201 kits today for SB 200 amp. Can someone
explain where this kit is mounted?In instructions it reads measure 8" from
r/s of chassis and 4" from rear and mark the spot and drill hole.Im lost
here.My brian is dead I guess  .HELP!!!!   Tnx Ted
