I think you are looking at two different sites.  The one that starts out 
the "www.archive.org" is an archive of the original site as it was 
several years ago.  It's just a snapshot.  If you go the www.archive.org 
and enter the "old" URL, you'll see eight to ten "versions" that were 
saved at various times.   Many of the external links have changed over 
the years and no longer work.  If you go to the bottom of the listing, 
you'll see the hit counter that does not change! The Wayback Machine is 
a terrific resource, because very useful sites disappear every day, and 
can often be found again!

On the other hand, someone else posted a "new" version address that 
appears to be a recreated site.  It doesn't have all the stuff on the 
original, but has a lot of them.  That site is being actively maintained 
and will continue to grow hopefully.

In any event, the new site is good news for Heath fans.  Hopefully it 
will have a long life.
