[Heathkit] AT-1 Questions/Follow up

Thanks for those who made some suggestions concerning my AT-1.   I replaced 
several caps in it and got the following.

On 80/40 I get a solid output (20+ watts) provided I use the AC-1 coupler.  
If I take out the coupler, output drops to practically nothing, and I have a 
difficult time dipping the final.

On 20/10, my meter pegs, and I cannot dip it at all (I am using a 3+ MHz 
crystal).  It will not dip with or without the AC-1 coupler.

Any thoughts on what to check out next?
