[Heathkit] Looking for evolution info, scopes

I'm trying to help someone that's only on the Tempe reflector find some
info about a Bell & Howell scope. He knows it's a repackaged Heath, and
has some info, but not the Heath model number. The B & H number is
10D-203-31

We've seen the schematics of the IO-102, 103 (Triggered 5 MHz), and 104
from circuitarchive, but none of them are exact. He's got board numbers
(Yes, Heath in form) but can't find a number on the transformer.

The parts have a date code of '74, so we have a window of opportunity.
His scope is labeled "Solid State Triggered 5 MHz". It's close to the
IO-104 which is a 15 MHz device.

Does anyone have a catalog from that era to see what scope models are
advertised somewhere between the early and mid 1970s?

Was there ever an IO-203?
