[Heathkit] SA-2500 manual

For those that need a manual for the SA-2500 (2kw pep Autotuner) I put a 
copy of the manual out on the BAMA site as a .pdf file. It's currently 
in the upload subdirectory of BAMA, not sure what will trigger it to get 
it added to the official Heathkit subdirectory on the download 
subdirectory of BAMA. The file is pretty big, I didn't include the 
actually assembly checkoff pages, just the main pages for 
specifications, parts list, operation, theory, schematic (multiple 
views). Hopefully it will be of value to someone.
