[Heathkit] HW-101 Low output on 40 meters

There is a service bulletin from Heathkit concerning this problem. It has 
to do with the shields over the coils on the bottom of the rig.

What you have done with your home-made shield is exacerbate the 
problem. I think what is happening is that your home-made shield is 
adversely effecting the "Q" of the coils.

them, you will find a reference to your problem.
