Unbuilts run 2 times to 20 times the price of a built unit, depending.

Rarity counts as does the inherent thrill.

The price is whatever the market says. I saw an unbuilt DX-60 go for 
about 10 times the price of a built up one.

That said, I expect that prices will be soft for a year or two and then 
resume the upward trend.

Of course, at any moment, the price of old radios could go out of sight. 
  All it would take would be for a few to show up on that PBS junque 
road show.
