[Heathkit] SB-102 LMO

I've been searching the archives to see if anyone
mentioned availability of the schematic diagram for
the transistor LMO used on the SB-102.
It seems there was more than one manufacturer involved
in supplying these assemblies.  Mine is identified as
being made by TRW. So far I have seen no reference to
the schematic.  Wondering if any one recalls this
