It will work fine on 17 when on the 15M position. Tank circuit Q is very 
high so Id suggest keeping output down around 400-500W and be careful about 
tuning. Bandswitch arcing from high RF voltages otherwise could damage the 
grid of that unobtanium at a reasonable price tube.
