[Heathkit] Electrolytic Capacitor

I dont know of any 105 C versions of the axial lead Sprague Atoms.
There are many cheap 450V general purpose caps,  but they are not rated for 
ripple current from HV doubler supplies.
Whenever possible, and always in Heath SB200/220 series amps,  I use the CDE 
381LX series snap in caps.
These are 105C as well as switching supply rated and dont even get warm in 
an amp.
