[Heathkit] SB634 Console, time display

Although I've tried to get help on a display problem I still can't solve  it. 
One half of the minute display(V102) is dark. I've replaced thr two  
transistors (Q!207 & 208) but that didn't help. I swtched out V102 & 103  & got the 
same results, proving that V-102 was not defective.
Does anyone have any further suggestions?
