My first attempt would be a dab of epoxy to make the wrench
fit the stripped internal hex. This is likely your best (least
destructive) method.

My second attempt would be to drill out the setscrews with a
LEFT hand drill bit of the same size as the tap drill for the
same thread hole. In most cases the screw will back out due
to the heat, vibration and torque of the drilling. Left hand
bits can be tough to find but are life savers for removing
stuck screws. McMaster Carr will have them.
