That is a Motorola RTL logic device, runs on 3.6 volts. You probably can
sub a TTL 7441, but all pins are different and it runs on 5 volts, but it
will probably be easier to find, as I have some of the 7441. If there is
room you can get a 16 pin "header" and glue the 7441 upsidedown on it and
then wire the pins to mate with the MC9860 pinout, BTDT. Both have been
obsolete for over 30 years.
