[Heathkit] SB 220/200/201 Amp standby mode?

According to Heath and subsequent articles it is OK to Switch the AMP on and 
off to go from QRO to driver power.
I've never been comfortable doing that so I added a front panel switch to my 
SB-220.  The switch simply disables the T/R relay control line.
