Thanks for all the offers, you are all very kind and generous.
John,KO4XJ sent me to

and I was able to down load a very good copy of the manual.

I acquired the keyer many years ago from an SWL and have no idea what kind 
of shape it is in.
The rains in the NE had me digging through my "Junke Box" looking for a 
project, there it was...

Since it raining (again) today, I will look for a suitable power supply and 
let you know how it goes.
