[Heathkit] HW-101: Nothing on 15 meters

I saw a similar thing with an HW-100 I'm restoring for a friend. The
heterodyne oscillator wouldn't run on 80m, due to component and crystal
aging. I just started adjusting the slug, until, "bloop", it started
oscillating. Also look for the usual suspects: cracked solder joints due
to age.
