[Heathkit] SB-614

The signal trace on my 614s CRT takes a while to
center.  When I switch it on, the line appears on the
upper right hand and will SLOWLY move to the left and
down until it centers on the CRT.  

It takes a while for it to center, more or less 15
mins.  What am I supposed to check?
