[Heathkit] AT-1 Problems

AT-1 has very low output on 80/40, maybe 5 watts into a dummy load.  No 
output on 10/20.  Cannot dip on higher bands.

Checked tubes.  Deoxited all contacts.  Recapped all caps in the oscillator 
and final circuits.  Resistors seem to be reasonably close to stated 
resistance.  Did not replace caps on the four band coils.

Get decent grid drive on lower bands, not much on higher bands.  When key is 
held down on 80/40, plate current gradually creeps to 100 ma, and output goes 
to zero.

Any thoughts/inputs?  Anyone have a chart listing normal voltages/resistances 
in the unit?
