[Heathkit] SB-610 IF CAN

Afternoon All,
I am redoing a bunch of SB-610 Monitor Scopes for the 455kc IF CAN configuration. 
The combination is rare & the 455kc IF CAN by itself is even harder to find.
Heathkit p/n is 40-746 if anyone has one.
Been looking around & found other 455kc IF CANs.
Picked up several over on eBay last week.
These are short .. about 1.5 inches tall & 1 inch square.
They don't fit.. but i can make them.
These have a tag saying "CRESCENT K-TRAN, 455kc, Printed Circuit 5"
They were distributed by Wolfe Radio Dist. Co., probably in the 1960's.
There's 5 pins out the bottom .. 2 one side .. 3 other side.
Several have continuity with 1 or more other pins by my ohm meter.
Having problems in determining which pins to use in the scope.
Probably a Primary & a Secondary coils in the CAN.
Tried to research it on the Internet to no avail.
Any suggestions please or just by trial & error ?
