1 - .82 ohm 2 W resistor
1 - 3.6K 5 W WW resistor
1-  1 ohm 5 W  WW resistor
1-  5.1V 10 Watt Zener  (ZD-1) with mounting hardware and insulators.  
14 - 3 Amp 1K PIV diodes (D1 thru D14)
