[Heathkit] SB 200, 220 amplifier usage for Kenwood or Heath xcvrs

With the soft key module installed, it can be keyed with new rigs or old
rigs. My PRO II, 706, 100V, 830, Ranger, Lafayette all can key the SB200
now just by putting in the keying line from the appropriate rig.
