[Heathkit] Dow Relay

You can make one using a DPDT relay with 120 VAC coil
(about $10 from Radio Shack), three SO-239 connectors,
a metal project box (about $4 from Radio Shack) and
some hookup wire.

It will work fine with tube type transmitters and cost
is about $20 total.
