[Heathkit] DX-60 Problem FIXED

Thanks to Joe & Chris for their replies. It has been over 40 years  since I 
had my first DX-60. I forgot the rated wattage was "input" not output.  How 
dumb of me! So I have been fighting a problem that doesn't exist -at least  in 
part. Sooooooooooooo, the output is fine. No problem. But I still want to  find 
out what is causing the grid drive problem. I'll keep working on it and
