Tell us what the plate input power is; can be determined from the meter
by calculation.
Tell us what band you are testing on; how much power are you driving the
SB-200 with; testing in SSB, AM, CW, or some other mode; testing into a
dummy load(?); how are you reading the output power; have you checked SWR
between exciter and amplifier. The tubes in my SB-200 are now 37 years
old and still perform well on SSB and AM.
