[Heathkit] SB-10x HW-10x parts needed

I have a basket case SB-101 that is mostly all there but needs a 
significant rebuild.  I was going to use it as a parts source for my 
HW-100 but now I'm thinking of restoring it, just for fun (no comments, 
please, about what I consider "fun").  If any of you have a similarly 
junk-ish SB-100, 101, 102 or HW=100, 101, I'd appreciate hearing from 
you if you also have any of the following three parts:

- The heterodyne oscillator board (or just L-608)
- The SB-10x mode switch.
- The plastic window from any SB or HW series small panel meter.
