[Heathkit] Heath/Zenith 2006

I was picking up a few items at Lowe's Sunday and noticed the name
Heath/Zenith on some products on the TV/Electronics shelf.

Heath/Zenith was selling security systems, doorbell chimes, and smoke
alarms.  On the back was a company name (non USA) and all products said made
in China.

My first TV was a 21" black and white Zenith tabletop in 1951.  My first
transmitter was a DX-35 in 1957.

Its a sad end to both Heath and Zenith!
