[Heathkit] HP-23 with Colins KWM-2???

The Collins S-Line / KWM-2 series will operate fine
with 12.6 volts on the heaters.  You just have to
jumper the power plug correctly.

There are quite a number of the 32S- and KWM-2- radios
operating using the Heath HP-23 series power supplies
instead of the Collins 516F-2 power supply.  The
Collins supply is definitely more robust.  But, the
equipment will operate with the Heath supplies.
