[Heathkit] SB-101 problem

I don't know anything specific about the SB-101, but I had a similar 
problem with my Hallicrafters HT-44.  Occasionally when I turned it on 
there would be up to 20 watts of carrier.  I'd balance it out and it 
would be ok for that session.  One of the 12BH7A's in the balanced 
modulator turned out to be unstable.  Replacing that helped a lot, but 
cleaning the two balance pots cleared up the last watt or so of 
intermittent carrier.
