I can't say enough about this "mod". I did it eons ago to my first HF rig, an
HW101 (figured it out on my own, not bad for a nerdy teenager....). It is,
hands down, the BEST thing that you can do for an HW/SB rig (IMHO). To those
considering it, I say "do it!". You won't be disappointed.
Thanks for your efforts, Ken. I am sure they will be appreciated. A good
friend of mine has a HW101 that we need to whip into shape when she gets
around to upgrading, I think I will give it the dial cord treatment (whether
she wants it or not).
