[Heathkit] SB-201 and more for sale

Hi gang,
I recently relocated to the San Diego area from Scottsdale, AZ., and this amp came with me. Alas, no room here for QRO operation, so I need to part with this item. Here's where we're at with this thing:
Amp is currently "a work in progress" as I never finished restoration. I have installed and tested all the available Harbach mods (low voltage keying, step-start, new fan, new T/R relay, new caps etc. etc.). I have a replacement/reproduction front panel (looks killer good) as well as all the original parts (coils,caps, bandswitches) and instructions to convert it to a SB-200 thanks to KM1H. I am including a new set of finals from RF Parts, all manuals, documentation from Harbach, and much more.The outer case is in great shape. I may have time to do partial or complete re-assembly, or you may opt to do it your self. Frankly, my work schedule is rather demanding, so this would be a fun project if you have the ability. If you are reading this list, you probably can do it. I'd rather deliver it to it's new home than ship it due to weight. I'll deliver to within a 1 hour drive of San Diego (and eat the gas costs!). 
Please contact me off the list to discuss a price that is fair for both of us. I have a lot of dinero into this project and am only looking to recoup costs, not make a killing.
Please save me from the eternal damnation of my wife.She'll strangle me if I don't get some more "stuff" (her words)out of the office/mini bedroom.
