[Heathkit] HG-10 VFO drum cracks

I make replacement drums.  I used to supply overlays
but people had problems getting the PVC pipe cut
correctly and then wanted additional overlays for
nothing!

The replacement drums are opaque, not translucent like
the originals.  Therefore you do have to reposition
the dial lamps to get the best illumination.
