[Heathkit] Is there an HR10B expert in the house?

I have one - didn't build it. According to the HR-10B assembly manual,
the bandswitched coil assembly came pre-assembled. It's referred to as
the "front end tuner assembly". I'm guessing it was considered too
challenging for a "novice" receiver.
