[Heathkit] Package delivery services and my HW-101

Sean, I agree...it really can't be any other way, O/W all handlers could 
just claim (after the fact) that the goods obviously weren't packed 
correctly!  I have never not gotten my money out of UPS.  One needs to be 
more persistant than they are stubborn.
