[Heathkit] Package delivery services and my HW-101

Fortunately, for the types of parts that I buy from
Mouser, USPS Priority mail is an option.  I just
received another order today from them.

When I was buying and lot of stuff on eBay earlier
this year, I stopped offering UPS as a shipping
option.  One of my first purchases, my now-treasured
HW-101 got "UPSed".  Rather than accept their solution
to send it back to the owner, from whom I certainly
could not have received a replacement, I just bit the
bullet and hammered out the case bottom (the back
bottom corner was bent).  I also sold a transceiver
and a camera to two different parties, and I was
specifically requested not to ship UPS because of
delivery damage experience from their local UPS
offices.  They paid extra for Parcel Post.

Trucks are trucks, and humans are humans, so the
answer maybe lies in a process problem somewhere.
