[Heathkit] HP23 PS Chokes...

Hi Everyone,

I have a question about two different HP23 power supply chokes in my junk
box.

One of them, Heath P/N 46-22, measures 103.2 ohms DC across its two leads.
The second one, Heath P/N 46-56, measures 94.6 ohms DC. I believe they came
from different vintage HP23 supplies. Both of these chokes cleaned up very
well.

I'm planning on using one or the other of them for rebuilding an HP23 supply
using a new HP23R PCB card with choke regulation.

My only HP23 schematic and manual (for an HP23A) indicates that P/N 46-22 is
a 6 Hy choke used in filtering the 350/275V bus. Does anyone happen to know
if my second choke, P/N 46-56, is the equivalent of P/N 46-22 in terms of
its 6 Hy inductance?

If they're equivalent chokes, I'll probably flip a coin to decide which one
to wire into the rebuilt supply.

Thanks in advance for any comments.
