[Heathkit] WTB: Non-working HP/PS-23 or 23A.

I am looking for one of the above: would prefer HP/PS-23 or 23A, and it 
DOES NOT have to be working, although the transformer and choke 
have to be good.

Blown diodes and shot capacitors are OK.
