Subject: [Heathkit] Solid state rectifier Replacements

Hi,
Does anyone know the name of or the site location for the solid state
plug in type rectifiers that replace tubes such as the 5u4, 5y3 and etc?
I think that they are called Copper Top, they also are supposed to have
built in time delay before conducting and I think a built in Fwd. volt.
dropping resistance.
Thanks and 73 jim heath w8ngo
