[Heathkit] parting out an IP-20

[barry tuttleman]

ouotside case is scrap; handle is ok (w/ a small twist); insides dirty
but look OK; front panel is OK, most original knobs and connection
points; meter is OK but suffered a small crack/chip but appears to be
OK.
